With 2GB Personal email accounts you have the option of 1 / 25 / 50 / 100 mailboxes, and with our 10GB Professional email accounts you can access 1 / 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 mailboxes.

Can I upgrade from the 2GB Personal Email accounts to 10GB Professional Email accounts?

Yes - simply log into your control panel and select the package you want to upgrade to.

Which devices can I use to read my emails?

Email Services are accessible from any device, including desktop, mobile and tablet. That means you can check your emails on multiple devices from anywhere in the world, so your business can keep ticking over on the go.

Do I need to have Shared Web Hosting with you to use your Email services?

You don’t need a shared web hosting account with us to use Email Hosting; this product only requires that you own a domain name.

Can I purchase email if my domain name is with another registrar?

Yes, but you’ll have to make some changes to your DNS settings, which your current registrar can help you with. You can also transfer your domain name over to Midphase with ease and avoid making DNS changes yourself.
